Musée d’Orsay, in English Orsay Museum, is an old and big museum at the downtown of Paris. It’s really big one and includes many many paintings and other types of arts. Orsay Museum is in the left part of the Paris city, which means that museum is places at the left according to the River Seine.
Before it started to serve as an Museum, at the year of 1986, it was serving as a railhead. It is a little weird, isn’t it? One of the most beautiful and the biggest museum of France once was a railhead. But, you don’t have to deal with this because you are only a visitor and enjoy your visit to this beautiful museum, Museum of Orsay. Musée d’Orsay is at the one of the famous street of Paris, Lille Street and after you enjoy a cup of France coffee, you should pay a visit there. According to the sources, every year more than 2 million come to visit Orsay Museum. In the museum of Orsay you can find too many great paintings of famous artists such as Claude Monet, Odilon Redon, Gustave Courbet, Edgar Degas, Jean-Léon Gérôme and much more. If you are a visitor at Paris and you interested in art, especially paintings, you should pay at least a day to see all of these paintings.
